Example:

ABC Trucking (GP Client) refers XYZ Trans (Prospect). XYZ becomes client.

XYZ Trans factors $25,000.00 worth of invoices in January.

ABC would earn the following:

$25,000.00 (Gross factored invoices by XYZ) x .5% (FFF Rate) = $125.00 Rate Refund

ABC has a rate of 2.75% and factored $40,000.00 worth on invoices:

$40,000.00 x 2.75% = 1,100.00 Factoring Fees for January

Net fees paid with referral rate refund: $1,100.00 - $125.00 = $975.00 Net

Rate ABC paid with rate refund: $975.00/$40,000 x 100 = 2.4375%

How it Works:

• You must be actively factoring with us
• The companies you refer must also be actively factoring with us to get your rate refund each month
• The previous month's total factored volume of those companies you refer will be analyzed on or around the 15th of the current month
• We will REFUND you a portion of the previous month's total factored revenue for the companies you referred
• The previous month's refund will be paid to you by ACH after the 15th of the current month

When your referrals add up to more than your factoring fees, you could potentially Factor for Free with us!
