Their partnership brings together two strong backgrounds in the trucking industry, as well as financial management. Through their collective expertise in daily operations, insurance, law and licensing, the Great Plains team has the knowledge and experience to help you get where you need to be.

Jan currently resides in Fargo, ND and works remotely. He is in charge of the Aging & Credit Department. He enjoys spending time at his lake home in Detroit Lakes. Jan is engaged to Barb and has two grown children, Mindy & Stacey along with 3 grandchildren.

Vice President

Sherri currently resides in Spirit Lake, IA. She works out of the Fairmont offices daily. Sherri is in charge of all financial aspects of the company as well as working directly with the management team. She loves spending time with her 4 dogs. Sherri has 2 grown children and three grandchildren.

Ashley resides in Fairmont, MN and works daily out of the Fairmont office. Ashley oversees the daily operations of the company as well as all employees. Ashley loves spending time traveling with her husband, Dustin and son, Harrison in their airplane. They also have 2 dogs, Audi and Jax.

Patti is the Director of Operations and has been with the company for over 25 years. Patti is in charge of all the day-to-day operations of the buying floor. She and her late husband Chris were blessed with two beautiful children Rachael and Derek.

Emily is the Director of Financial Services and is in charge of managing all financial aspects of the company and managing the banking department. Emily and her husband Mark keep busy chasing their three boys to all their sporting events.

"My most memorable moment at Great Plains is when I started our office was very small and there wasn't room for a desk. I had a computer set up on a table and the table was right between Jan's office door and Sherri's office door. Things sure have changed, I now have an office of my own."

Judy currently resides in Fairmont, MN with her husband Roy. She works out of the Fairmont office daily. Judy is the Credit Risk Director and oversees all collection and credit issues with her team.

Lynn is the Credit Risk Director and oversees all the collection and credit issues with her team. They were blessed with two boys, Carter who just graduated high school and younger brother, Tyler.
